(1) AC Branch Circuit Install Kit, which ties the Solar Panels to a junction box. From there the circuit ties into your household electrical panel through a 2-pole 15 Amp circuit breaker..
Additional Solar Panels may be easily added at any time. The 15A 2/P circuit will accomodate up to (15) 220W panels!
..All power generated through the microinverters is 240 Volt AC, making all physical hookups familiar to most handymen.
..Inverter connections are unique, making it almost impossible to hook up incorrectly.
..In most states, homeowners are allowed to do their own electrical work as long as the work passes inspection.
..When the sun is shining, you will be using your own home-generated power.
..If you have a solar smart meter, it will record the surplus out-going power as well as the normal consumed power. The power company will calculate your home-generated power, deduct it from the consumed power and bill you accordingly.
..All installations are to comply with the National Electrical Code and be inspected by your local Electrical Inspection Dept.
